With deepest regret comes news of the passing of a dear Southern California carving friend, Angus V. Desveaux, who died suddenly on Monday, November, 26, 2012, at age 52. Angus is survived by his parents, Joyce and Angus (Blair) Desveaux, his stepdaughter Starlyn Nackos and his son, also named Angus.

Life is a journey. Along the trail we met people who touch us in many ways. Angus was one of those souls. He came to SouthBay Trikke wanting to learn how to ride a Trikke. He put his carver on layaway and came by every week to make sure his green T78D was still waiting for him.

Angus even got his son and a few family members to give it go. For the Trikke & Treat Halloween Ride in 2011, father and son both dressed up as characters from Star Trek.

Angus brought happiness with him every time I saw him. We were lucky to have him in our Trikke community. Go in peace, brother, Godspeed.
